The Workshop Schedule

April 23rd - 9am - 5pm GMT / 4am - 12pm EST

Day 1

Day 1 of the workshop kicks off with an engaging introduction session led by Steve. Participants will have the opportunity to share their names, discuss their top 3 business frustrations, and identify 3 key takeaways they hope to gain from the workshop. Following a short break, the session resumes with a BFO (Blinding Flash of the Obvious) moment, followed by a demonstration segment. Attendees will then delve into a deep dive into business concepts, exploring topics such as the value of photography to clients and strategies for fostering client confidence. After a well-deserved lunch break, the afternoon session resumes with a Q&A segment, followed by discussions on identifying portrait opportunities and the 10 stages of a photographic experience. Attendees will also explore strategies for growing their businesses and maximising sales. The day wraps up with a final BFO/Q&A segment, providing participants with the opportunity to ask any lingering questions and reflect on the day's learnings.

The Discovery Call - Foundations & Step 1

This session provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the essential elements needed to conduct successful Discovery Calls. The session begins with a recap of each of the 8 steps of The Discovery Call Experience, ensuring a thorough understanding of the process. Attendees will then delve into the importance of active listening and using "Toward" language to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients. Step 1 of the discovery call, "The Introduction," is explored in detail, with a focus on its goal and the mindset required for effective communication. Practical strategies for leaving a compelling voicemail message and crafting engaging questions based on supplied lead notes are also covered. Day 3

Day 3 of the workshop delves deep into the heart of an effective Discovery Call Experience. Participants will embark on an immersive journey through each stage of the discovery call, honing their skills and mastering essential techniques along the way. Each step of the discovery call process will be explored in detail, from building rapport and uncovering client needs to addressing objections and securing commitments.

Through interactive group exercises and guided discussions, attendees will have the opportunity to put theory into practice, refining their approach and gaining confidence in their ability to navigate real-world client Discovery Calls. By actively participating in group exercises, participants will benefit from valuable peer feedback and guidance, enabling them to identify strengths and areas for improvement in their communication style.
